Walnut Gardens Stormwater Project will re-route the existing stormwater and infrastructure from its current alignment due to damages to existing pipe, resulting in decreased capacity. Damages to the existing pipe are not accessible and require re-route of the pipe to address. Easements are required from two property owners to build the project. This ordinance would authorize the acquisition of the required easements. |
