Staff recommends approval of this Resolution.
Executive Summary:

The following adjustments are recommended to the Pay Plan:
1. Removing Assistant PW Director
2. Reclassifying Assistant Department Director (level 15)
3. Adding Digital Content Specialist (level 8)
4. Adding Payroll Manager (level 13)
5. Adding Planner/Scheduler (level 9)
6. Reclassifying Director of Water Polution Control to Director of Municipal Services (Executive 2)
Background:

HR has received recommendations regarding changes to the adopted Pay Plan.  Future recommended changes will be take to Council on a quarterly or as needed bases.
