In support of the Aldi Development, the developer has requested that the City vacate an existing 5 foot sanitary easement. Plans for construction have been submitted by the developer to the City in accordance with the City’s standard development policies and procedures. Improvements are almost completed by the developer and will be inspected by the City. The easement vacation will allow the parcels to be combined in the replatting process. |
