Executive Summary:

At the July 6th meeting, the City Council adopted Resolution 6574, sponsored by Councilmember Steinmeyer. The resolution directed the City Manager to evaluate and recommend protocols for use of the City-owned suites at the Cable Dahmer Arena.  The resolution further required that these recommendations be shared with the City Council on or before August 10th.

 

Pursuant to this resolution, staff drafted a policy for use of the suites. The policy is largely based on the direction given in Resolution 6574 and the City's past practices.
