On March 13th, 2020, the City Council formally adopted the State of Emergency Proclamation as issued by Mayor Eileen Weir.  This amended State of Emergency Proclamation provides clarity on the business enforcement actions to be taken in pursuit of the public health measures undertaken to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
