In support of the Aldi development, the developer has requested that the City vacate an existing 3 foot utility easement. |

In support of the Aldi Development, the Developer has requested that the City vacate an existing 3 foot utility easement. Plans for construction have been submitted by the developer to the City in accordance with the City’s standard development policies and procedures. Improvements are almost completed by the developer and will be inspected by the City. Staff has confirmed with all utilities that there are no conflicts or objections to processing the vacation of this easement. The easement vacation will allow the parcels to be combined in the replatting process. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $300. The revenue will be deposited in account 002-3109 in the General fund.
