Executive Summary:

As outlined in the attached "Independence Power and Light Major Initiatives and Work Plan" (Priority 3), the City engaged DKMT to evaluate and recommend modifications to current IPL operations.  Phase I of the engagement is complete and representatives from DKMT will present their findings and recommended next steps.
