The developer for the Independence Health Retreat has requested permission to place a monument sign within the sanitary sewer easement at 20511 E Trinity Place.
Background:

The developer for the Independence Health Retreat has requested permission to place a monument sign within the sanitary sewer easement at 20511 E Trinity Place. Plans for construction have been submitted by the developer to the City in accordance with the City’s standard development policies and procedures and the construction is nearly complete. There are no objections by Engineering staff to the install the monument sign in the sanitary sewer easement.
