Background:

Section 18.08.009, “Pedestrians selling to or soliciting rides, business, charitable contributions” is the section of City Code that identifies the types of public solicitation allowed and enforcement of solicitations.
 
Legal team will give a presentation on editing this section of the code to potentially add additional restrictions.
