The Vaile Sidewalk Improvements project will replace existing sidewalk and install new ADA-compliant sidewalks and curb ramps along the roadways surrounding the Vaile Mansion property. The project will improve pedestrian access to and mobility around the Vaile Mansion. The project consists of both sidewalk and stormwater improvements. |

This project will improve pedestrian access, mobility, and safety at and around the Vaile Mansion property. Where necessary to accommodate improved sidewalks, stormwater improvements will also be required. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is approximately $ 20,000. Funding for Sidewalks to Parks, Vaile Sidewalks is included in the 2019 adopted budget, page number 154, account number 7011 5406.
