At the November 19, 2020 PUAB meeting, PFM, the City's Utility Municipal Advisor, presented a recommended Resiliency and Cash Balance Policy. The PUAB endorsed the policy and recommended adoption by the City Council. PFM presented the policy to the City Council on December 14, 2020 and was brought forward for City Council consideration on January 4, 2021. The policy was not approved. This item is brought forward for further City Council discussion.
