The general fund five year forecast is a high level look at the City's operational plans over several years. A forecast helps identify any structural imbalances between the sources and uses. In the forecast, all similar revenues and expenditures are grouped together and projected using financial assumptions. 

This 2022-2026 forecast was first presented to the governing body on November 2. This update includes audited year-end balances plus six months of the current fiscal year to allow for better projections.

The City Manager will be using these main financial drivers in preparation of the upcoming 2021-2022 budget process.
