This project involves the replacement of the existing Scott Avenue Bridge over a Tributary to Rock Creek. The existing bridge has experienced significant structural damage, due to scour at the NW abutment, which resulted in the undercut and displacement of one half of the northern abutment, during a flood event in May of 2018. The project includes replacement of the existing bridge with a Double Cell 9ft by 5ft RCB, pavement replacement, sanitary sewer reconstruction water main replacement, streambank stabilization, and storm sewer construction.
