The purpose of this ordinance is to appropriate revenues that have been received and make any necessary changes and transfers since the FY 20/21 budget was adopted. |

An ordinance increasing revenues and appropriations in the amount of $91,175.20 in the General Fund; $14,000.00 in the Health Property Tax Levy Fund for Animal Services; $29,700.00 in the Health Property Tax Levy Fund for Parks, Recreation, and Tourism; $7,088.00 in the Street Sales Tax Fund; $1,093,247.99 in the Grants Fund; $100,800.00 in the Buildings and Other Improvements Fund; increasing appropriations in the amount of $240,092.00 in the Parks Sales Tax Fund; $1,400,00.00 in the Water Fund; and, transferring appropriations between projects in the amount of $634,625.16 within the Sanitary Sewer Fund. |

Fiscal Impact:
Increases appropriations in various budgetary funds. For the majority of appropriations there will not be a net fiscal impact since funds have been received to offset the appropriations. However, there will be a fiscal impact of $240,092.00 in the Parks Sales Tax Fund as well as $1,400,000.00 in the Water Fund.
