Councilmember Huff requests consideration of the Resolution. 
Background:

The PUAB and City Council recently expressed support of and initiated action relative to the impending retirement of some or all of the City's existing combustion turbines. Councilmember Huff requests consideration that any machinery replacement solutions be limited to new (non-used) generation machinery only.
