Located in the Rock Creek Watershed, this project will address residential structural flooding along Cedar Avenue between 15th and 14th Streets and Maywood Avenue to Home Avenue eventually draining to the culvert west of Home Avenue. |

Listed in the 2020 Capital Improvement Plan, drainage improvements were brought to staff’s attention in 2018. Since then Wilson & Co has been retained to perform the design engineering and construction bid document preparation. |
| | | | | | | | Emergency Justification:
Due to the funding source and strict timeline associated with it, the acquisition portion of this project needs to be completed by April. Reading as an emergency will increase the amount of time available to complete acquisitions. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is approximately $20,000. Funding for Bristol Stormwater Improvements (Project No. 70131902) is included in the 2019-2020 adopted budget, page number 157, account number 7013 5406.
