Business License Update & Proposed Liquor License Ordinance Changes

Recommendations:

Receive presentation and give input to Staff on proposed improvements.

Executive Summary:

Staff will provide an overview of process changes to the business license process which include enhancements to communication between Independence EDC and the City, website enhancements, and streamlining the business license review.  In addition, staff will provide a review of the proposed changes to Chapter 2 of the City Code.
