On January 6, 2021,the City's Utility Legal Advisor, Sarah Carnes, produced a written summary of the City of Independence vs. Russell W. Pearson, et al. ("Bondurant Decision). It was then provided to the City Council and Public Utilities Advisory Board. Ms. Carnes will present the summary and address any questions.
