Approval of this ordinance would change the meeting frequency for the Tourism Commission from every other month to quarterly. |

Ordinance number 18742 stipulates that the Tourism Commission is to meet on an every other month basis. The Tourism Commission has expressed interest in changing the meeting frequency from every other month, to having meetings on a quarterly basis. If approved, this ordinance would change the meeting requirement for the Commission to "at least quarterly." This meeting schedule is consistent with the Parks Commission which also advises the PRT Department on various issues and serves as the oversight committee for the sales tax program. |
