Staff has worked with the IBEW-WPC negotiating committee over the past year to develop a three-year agreement effective July 1, 2020. |

Staff and IBEW-WPC have worked over the past year to negotiate a renewal of the work agreement. Provisions of the new agreement include the following:
- 0% wage adjustments in Year 1 (2020-21) for all positions.
- 2% wage adjustments in Years 2 (2021-22) and 3 (2022-23) for all positions.
- New sick leave payout program for new hires and those with less than 10 years of service that elect to opt-in where the City would make an annual contribution to a 401a account in lieu of sick leave payouts upon separation from the City.
- Miscellaneous operational provisions.

This fiscal impact is projected to be $162,000 over the three-year term.
