Approval is requested for easement acquisitions for the Raymond, Harkless, to Mills Stormwater Improvements Project (Project No. 70131806). The project consists of the construction of stormwater drainage improvements in this residential neighborhood. |

Flooding of homes in this neighborhood of the Springbranch Watershed has resulted in the necessity of this improvement project. The work will consist of the installation of various box culverts, pipe, inlets, curbing, sewer, improved open channels and site restoration. Both permanent and temporary construction easements are necessary to perform this work. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is approximately $130,000.00. Funding for the Raymond, Harkless, to Mills Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer Improvements project is included as part of the 2019 - 2020 adopted budget, page number 157, account number 7013 5406 (Stormwater). Funding for the sanitary sewer improvements is included as part of the 2020 - 2021 adopted budget, page number 90, account number 7030 5406.
