Fiscal Impact:
At the June 7, 2021 City Council Meeting staff was directed to amend the American Recovery Plan to redirect $300,000 to the Health Department Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022. The financial policies adopted by Council Resolution 6201 states that "It shall be the City's policy to apply one-time revenues to fund non-recurring expenditures. Similarly, personnel costs and on-going programs and operations will be funded with on-going, sustainable sources of revenue."
