ESRI licenses and software maintenance are required to continue using GIS products such as ArcGIS and is required for using Cityworks. This software is used throughout the City to document and track assets and assist in departmental operations. The enterprise agreement will result in a lower unit cost for individual licenses and will help control cost as the use of GIS expands. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City for the current fiscal year is $60,100. The funding is included in the fiscal year 2021/2022 adopted budget.
