| | | | | | | | Background:
The Missouri Department of Transportation, Office of Highway Safety will fund enforcement activities for education and enforcement projects related to traffic problems. This grant (Project #22-154-AL-084) of $547,500.00 will fund overtime for DWI Enforcement projects and expenses for full time officers. The Police Department will have year-round Wolf Pack enforcement periods. Enforcement will focus on areas where habitual DWI arrests have been made and where alcohol-related crashes have occurred. It will also fund officers for Youth Alcohol Liquor Compliance Checks. All of these projects will be conducted during the time period of October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022. |
