This ordinance would authorize the right-of-way and sidewalk easement acquisition for this project. The project will provide sidewalks, ADA ramps, curb & gutters, driveways, and storm sewers. |

The Hardy Avenue Sidewalk Project (No. 112001) will construct new sidewalks in the vicinity of the Cassell Park Elementary School along Hardy Ave. from 31st Street to 35th Street. This ordinance would authorize the needed right-of-way and easement for the project. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $5,000. Funding for the Hardy Ave Sidewalk Project (No. 112001) is included as part of the Sidewalks to Schools Program and included in the 2018-2019 adopted budget, page number 154, account number 7011-5406.
