Before the Ordinance can be considered, the City must first hold a public hearing. |

The City's budget was adopted by City Council in June 2021. In order for the County to levy taxes, the City must first certify the amount needed for the City's budget. A notice of public hearing to hear citizens on the property tax was published on August 31, 2021. |
