The ESRI Advantage program provides staff with needed technical support and training and will assist the City in implementing a city wide geospatial strategy. This program will provide the support needed to solve key business problems, implement both external and internal maps, and deploy technologies that will improve speed and reliability. The advantage program will also assist in creating data analytics tools that can help decision makers in making data driven decisions. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City for the current fiscal year is $52,100. The funding is included in the fiscal year 2021/2022 adopted budget.
