May 20, 2019 - Ordinance No 19010 – Ordinance increasing Council approval for procurements from $50,000 to $100,000

May 20, 2019 – Bill No 19-746/Resolution No 6439 – Ordinance indicating the confidentiality and non-conflict of interest statement from evaluators shall be required from RFP evaluation team members prior to release of any RFP

June 15, 2020 – Bill No 20-728/Resolution No 6551 – Ordinance indicating when a solicitation involves federal funding that documentation for the rationale of solicitation type (Invitation to Bid vs Request for Proposal vs Request for Qualification vs Request for Information) be retained in the solicitation file. Another piece of this ordinance includes that if a conflict of interest becomes known, that will result in an award not being given to those firms. Last piece of this ordinance indicates if a purchase is done with the assistance of federal and grant funding the contracting firm is required to provide documentation the firm is not suspended or debarred with the federal government.

August 17, 2020 – Bill No 20-767/Resolution No 6587 – Ordinance adding an Ethics subsection indicating a supplier/contractor participates in complying by state and federal law ensuring contractor certifications that counter discriminatory practices. This is the ordinance which brought about the Anti-Discrimination against the State of Israel policy.

April 19, 2021 – Ordinance No 19209 – Ordinance reducing Council approval for procurements from $100,000 to $50,000
