The Independence Police Department Headquarters roof has reached the end of its life-cycle.
A restoration is necessary to stop current leak damage and prevent future major leak damage.
A thermal scan was completed to confirm the insulation layer is still good, meaning a restoration can be done verses a complete tear off & replacement, which would over double the cost.
Local market bid results were procured through Garland DBS utilizing the Omnia Cooperative Purchasing agreement. The low contract bidder was Delta Innovative Services, Inc. in the amount of $268,333.
