Background:
The City's Accounting/Procurement Division in the Finance and Administration Department is in the process of reorganizing some internal operations.
- Finance Operations Manager (Level 13) will be replacing the Purchasing Manager (Level 13) and be responsible for Procurement, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Treasury/Debt Manager is being added for managing treasury and debt. The Utility Controller and Utility Administrator duties are being transferred to the Accounting Division which allow for this change.
- Accounting Supervisor is a reclass to Accounting Manager and a change in level from 12 to 13 to be consistent with the other division managers in the department.
- Add Finance Analyst to report to Treasury/Debt Manager to assist with recording, reconciling, and analyzing of transactions.
- Customer Service Assistant will be a full time Center Attendant position
