IPL staff recommends issuing a purchase order for the substation coating project. |

Substation H is located at 16501 East Salisbury. Substation I is located at 4380 South Kiger. Substation J is located at 14102 East Truman Rd. The purpose of this project is to improve the three substations visually. This project includes coating the combustion turbine enclosure, turbine exhaust stack, fuel tanks, and catwalk between the fuel tanks at each of the substations H, I, and J. High temperature coatings will be used and no outages are needed to complete the coating.
Insco Industries currently has a contract with the City. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $199,980.00. Funding for the Substation coating project was included in the 17/18 fiscal year proposed budget, page number 301, account number 201702 5406 1714.
