Executive Summary:
On May 4th, 2015, the City Council adopted Resolution 6010. This resolution added the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem as alternate members to the City Council's Audit and Finance Committee for purposes of ensuring a quorum was available to convene regular meetings of the Committee. In recent years, however, Committee members have been diligent about attending meetings on a regular basis, and the alternate members have not been called on to help establish a quorum. Elimination of this section of the resolution will help alleviate any confusion about committee membership composition. |
