City of Independence City Manager Proposed 2022-2023 Budget Presentation |

Article 8 of the City's Charter requires the City Manager to prepare and submit to the Council a proposed budget for the next fiscal year, which shall contain detailed estimates of anticipated revenues, including any surplus, and proposed expenditures for the year, and an explanatory message.
The budget and budget message shall be public records in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be open to public inspection. |
