The City of Independence is in need of issuing a purchase order in the amount of $199,258.41 to Advanced Utility Systems for ongoing software maintenance and support of the CIS Infinity system. CIS Infinity is the utility billing and customer service system that is used by all three city-owned utilities. Approval of this item shall authorize change orders up to a total of ten (10) percent of the authorized amount for each order, provided appropriations are available. |
