Cook, Flatt & Strobel (CFS) is a pre-approved architectural, engineering and survey firm. CFS was originally engaged to assist in the development of the Downtown Redevelopment Coordinating Committee Report. One of the recommendations from that report was to establish the On a Roll Committee (Committee). CFS was recently engaged to support the efforts of the Committee including development of a Master Developer Request for Qualifications (RFQ). CFS is working with the Committee, business and development community, and other stakeholders to develop the RFQ. CFS has a high level of familiarity with the City, involved in projects at the Cable-Dahmer Arena and Bi-State Corridor Development Plan. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is an additional $81,909.94 bringing the Purchase Order to a total of $100,000.00. Funding for the additional expense is included in the 2022 fiscal year operations budget, account 4004-5226 and 4002-5226.
