Ted Martin, P.E. with Northstar Technologies, LLC has been providing stormwater management services to the City since 2002. These services include administering the watershed studies, investigating resident complaints, planning capital improvements, assisting with the geographical information system development, reviewing the capital improvement designs, assisting with maintenance projects, evaluating environmental and permitting improvements, designing small drainage systems, and reporting to the Director. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $90,000. Expense for stormwater professional engineering services is included in the FY23 adopted budget, page number 131, account number 5261-5226.
