Approval of this purchase order will enable Municipal Services to purchase a new E42 R2-Series Bobcat Compact Excavator. This is a budgeted capital outlay item purchase for fiscal year 2022-23.

The new compact excavator will be purchased from Clark Equipment, dba Bobcat Company, utilizing the Missouri NASPO (National Association of State Procurement Officials) Construction Cooperative Contract (No. CC190249002). Purchases under cooperative agreements are authorized by Section 8.06.004 which states that when cooperative bids or contracts are used, they will first have been established pursuant to generally accepted governmental purchasing practices and the competitive bidding process. |
