Approval of this purchase order will enable Municipal Services to purchase an IBAK inspection camera system. This camera system will be used to maintain the City's sanitary sewer infrastructure. This is a budgeted capital outlay item purchase for fiscal year 2022-23. |

The new IBAK inspection system will be purchased from Midwest Vac Products utilizing a Sourcewell Cooperative Contract (No. 120721-RVL). Purchases under cooperative agreements are authorized by Section 8.06.004 which states that when cooperative bids or contracts are used, they will first have been established pursuant to generally accepted governmental practices and the competitive bidding process. |

The fiscal impact to the City is $134,181.50. Funding for the IBAK inspection system is included in the FY23 adopted budget, page 222, account number 5230-5404.
