Stay Well Fund Overview and Recommendations
Recommendations:

Staff recommends implementing the City Management's recommended changes to the Stay Well Fund.  
Executive Summary:

Pursuant to City Council Resolution 6816 (attached), the City Manager is bringing forward recommendations to the City's self-funded health insurance plan to produce structural changes to ensure Stay Well Health Insurance funding is within the approved budget for Fiscal Year 2022-23 and provides for sustainable funding in future years. 

 

City staff and CBIZ will present: 

  1. Overview of the Stay Well Fund
  2. As-Is Scenaio for the 2023 Plan Year
  3. Summarize the recent recommendation from the Stay Well Committee (attached)
  4. Present City Management's Recommendation for the Stay Well Fund as directed by City Council Resoluton 6816

The Stay Well Committee made several recommendations which are attached to this agenda item.
