This amendment corrects the City Code reference contained in the abandoned shopping cart section with the proposed update to the City’s Property Maintenance code. |

The abandoned shopping cart section of the City Code allows the City to abate any abandoned shopping cart on public or private property. The recovery of the abatement costs are processed as outlined in City Code. This amendment corrects the City Code reference with the proposed Property Maintenance regulations of Chapter 4. |
