Approval of this ordinance will amend Ordinance 19221 to include updated temporary and general utility easement legal descriptions for Parcel 13. These updated descriptions are required to incorporate minor but necessary design changes. |

Ordinance No. 19221 was adopted by the City Council on June 21, 2021 to grant initial acquisition authority for the Raymond, Harkless, to Mills Project (No. 131806). This ordinance includes legal descriptions for easements on 20 Parcels of land which are needed in order to begin construction on this project.
This project addresses the flooding of homes in this neighborhood of the Springbranch Watershed. Construction will consist of the installation of various box culverts, pipe, inlets, curbing, sewer, improved open channels, and site restoration. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is estimated to be under $100. Funding for the stormwater portion of the Raymond Harkless to Mills Project (No. 131806) is included in the FY19-20 adopted budget, page number 157, account number 7013-5406. Funding for the sanitary sewer portion of this project (No. 302102) is included in the FY 20-21 adopted budget, page number 90, account number 7030-5406.
