The proposal to merge the Public Safety Tax Oversight Committee, Street Sales Tax Oversight Committee and Storm Control Oversight Committee was presented to Council during the August 22nd Study Session. A revised proposal was presented which was a recommendation to merge the Street Sales Tax Oversight Committee and Storm Control Oversight Committee during the September 12, 2022 Study Session.

In an effort to streamline the process and effectively utilize volunteers and city staff it
is recommended to dissolve the individual oversight committees and create a single oversight committee to monitor expenditure proceeds from the Capital Improvement Sales Tax-Streets, Transportation Improvement, License Surcharge and Storm Water Control Sales Tax. |
