The property at 12820 E 43rd Terrace S was declared surplus property on June 15th 2015 by Ordinance No. 18448. The property went out to bid on August 3, 2022. 45 different bids were received by 7 individual bidders. Bidding closed on September 7, 2022. The highest bid, $22,100, was received by Joel Zae. This individual has agreed to cover the costs of the Public Purchase auction in the amount of $1,105 making the total bid income $23,205. An immediate disbursement of $1,105 will be paid to cover the costs of Public Purchase. |
