The current mix of tenants in the shopping center include a restaurant, offices, medical offices, pet grooming and a spa. Craft and Cocktails is a new business choosing to operate in Independence. They will provide a space for customers to rent and host parties for arts and crafts. The business will operate in approximately 1,000 square foot space.

Managing Officer Information and results from background check: The LLC has indicated Shelly L. Foster will serve as the appointed managing officer. The background investigation conducted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Ms. Foster revealed she meets the requirements of the Alcoholic Beverages code.
