Executive Summary:

The Independence On A Roll Working Committee was established on November 4, 2018 by Resolution 6383. The Committee was established to advance and implement the goals and initiatives of the Downtown Redevelopment Coordinating Committee (DRCC). While the contributions of this Committee have been important, work associated with the DRCC has reached a new phase that requires engagement with other stakeholder groups.
