The National Frontier Trails Museum has some masonry maintenance and repairs that need to be made. Pullman Power LLC was contracted to serve as the City’s vendor for masonry work (with extensions allowed through October 7, 2024). Attached are proposals received from Pullman Power LLC dated May 23, 2022 and October 27, 2022, for the current masonry work project proposed for the National Frontier Trails Museum. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $129,000.00 which is available in Tourism Fund Account 7004-5406, Project String E (041901-C), of the adopted 2022-23 budget.
