1. Council action is requested on the application received from QuikTrip Corporation for an Intoxicating Liquor of all kinds in the Original Package License for QuikTrip #192 that will be located at 16813 E. 23^rd St. S.

This application meets the requirements of the City’s Alcoholic Beverage Code. 

The applicant is requesting City Council approval to sell intoxicating liquor in the original package on premises seven days a week.  If City Council approves this license the Sunday Sales license will be issued administratively.  The applicant has indicated that this location will have alcohol sales that meet the City’s Alcoholic Beverage Code.

Managing Officer Information and results from background check: QuikTrip Corporation has indicated Jacob R. Harper will serve as the appointed managing officer.  The background investigation conducted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Jacob R. Harper revealed he meets the requirements of the Alcoholic Beverages code.
