On November 22, 2022, Council approved for a blanket PO for the sum of $370,000 for USIC Locating Services for the Power & Light, Municipal Services and the Water Departments. Municipal Services had two divisions that were included on the agenda, and they were the Sewer Maintenance Sanitary Division and Sewer Maintenance Stormwater Division. The Sanitary Division’s portion was for $50,000, and the Stormwater Division’s portion was for $40,000. This summed up to be a total blanket Purchase Order for $90,000. |

Fiscal Impact:
The additional fiscal impact to the City is $110,000. Funding for the purchase was included in the fiscal year 2022-23 adopted budget, account number for Sanitary Division E (5230-5226) for Professional Services, and the account number for Stormwater Division E (5262-5226) for Professional Services.
