| | | | | | | | Executive Summary:
The ESRI Advantage program provides staff with needed technical support and training and will assist the City in implementing a city-wide geospatial strategy. This program will provide the support needed to solve key business problems, implement both external and internal maps, and deploy technologies that will improve speed and reliability. The advantage program will also assist in creating data analytics tools that can help decision makers in making data driven decisions. The City is currently in year two of a three year agreement. Approval of this item shall authorize change orders up to a total of ten (10) percent of the authorized amount for each order, provided appropriations are available. |

Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact to the City is $52,100 for the 2022-2023 and $52,100 for the 2023-2024 fiscal year for a total of $104,100 for the next two years. The expenditure of $52,100 is a budgeted item in the FY 22/23 budget.
