Approval of this ordinance will approve execution of a construction contract with Terry Snelling Construction, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $823,000, authorizing future minor change orders not to exceed $82,300 and/or time extensions for the Truman Depot and Pacific Trail Project (No. 511702) and make the necessary funding appropriations to complete this project. This project will be reimbursed in the amount of $350,000 by Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funds. |

This project will receive $350,000 in reimbursement from TAP funds.
